TOSCA-INSIGNIA OF RIGHTEOUSNESS
Our Tosca is a homage to Adolfo Hohenstein, a German painter, architect, illustrator, set and costume designer. Hohenstein is considered the father of Italian poster art and an exponent of the Italian Art Nouveau. His work Tosca, was a dramatic poster created in 1900 for the world premiere of the Opera named Tosca. The poster depicts the moment when Tosca, the protagonist, stabs a man in self-defense and places a crucifix on his body.
Our pendant, dressed in gold, just like Tosca, is an emblem of strength required to purge evil and to stand up for what is right.
