The term Art Nouveau included multiple art forms in its gamut. It was a synthesis and unification of art and nature.
Our pendant, Salomè with its brilliant incorporation of the Japanese two- dimensional composition is a tribute to the champion exponent of Art Nouveau form, Aubrey Beardsley. He was well known as an illustrator and block artist. Salomè is our tribute to his work as an illustrator for Oscar Wilde’s play of the same name. It is our ODE to the leading figure of this aesthetic movement and an early manifestation of the Art Nouveau style.
Salomè advocates nature as the primary source of inspiration. Feel grounded, fortified and anchored with the strength directly passed on to you by mother nature everytime you adorn Salomè.
